In this video, you will find a guided meditation, with both audio and visual elements. It includes captioning (in English). You can bookmark this webpage for future reference and/or save the newsletter email in your inbox. In this meditation, you are welcomed to be seated, lying down, whatever works for your body. You can have eyes open, closed, softened...whatever feels good to you! With any meditative practice, it's encouraged to follow what feels safe and comfortable for your being.
