Dr. Mo seated with laptop, in a peacock chair with plants around, holding a coffee cup. Text is Dr Mo's Blog. Cozy up with a cup of tea or coffee and join me, dear one.

Hello, dear one.

My intention with this blog is to create a space for more mindful presence, exploration, and growing. I hope this may be a comfy spot for you to land and take a deep breath with me. Some themes that may arise in this blog may range from the highly practical (tips for mindfulness practice or navigating PMDD) to the dreamy (how can we reimagine the world to be a more nurturing place for all) to the fun, soul lifting (what is bringing my heart joy these days). So, it will likely be a sprinkling of everything here.

If there is something that resonates, please take with you that which uplifts your magical being, and feel free to say no thanks to anything that doesn't fit. Gentle reminder that this blog does not constitute a therapeutic relationship and is not meant to substitute any medical/mental health treatment. As always, if you need extra support or are looking for a mental health professional, visit the Resources tab for some ideas on where to start, or check-in with your local healthcare providers.

So, grab that cozy cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the musings. You can access the newest posts below.

With much gratitude,
Dr. Mo

"Give the universe a chance to surprise. Take what you have. Trust that you were given something for a reason…When something is planted in you, when you have this idea, it’s not random. It’s not just because. You have to take into consideration this was given to you, and you’re now tasked to live it out. The universe will give you the tools you need to move forward with it."
